How many sessions will I need?
Therapy is tailored to address every client’s goals and difficulties.
Some clients will benefit from brief therapy (e.g., 4-12 sessions).
For others, longer-term therapy may be more appropriate (e.g., 20+ sessions).
All sessions are 50 minutes.
What will my first session be like?
Your first session aims to identify your current concerns and establish the focus of therapy.
It is also an opportunity to ask questions and decide if therapy is right for you.
The process of therapy is discussed at your initial consultation and reviewed during treatment.
